Christopher Lindhardt has been a member of The Plante Law Group, P.L.C. since October 2006.  He is licensed to practice law in Florida, and is a member of the Hillsborough County and St. Petersburg Bar Associations.  Mr. Lindhardt is a Florida native and attended the University of Florida (Gainesville, FL).  He graduated from the University of Florida with Honors and received degrees in both English and Criminology.  Mr. Lindhardt received his Juris Doctor with Honors from Stetson University College of Law (St. Petersburg, FL).

While in law school, Mr. Lindhardt was invited to join the Honors Colloquium Program based on his academic performance and a professor recommendation.  He also served as the Vice President of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity, an organization focused on academics and pro bono service.  Mr. Lindhardt was selected for the State Judicial Internship Program with the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.  He concurrently served as the Judicial Intern for both the Honorable Paul L. Huey and the Honorable Elizabeth G. Rice.

Mr. Lindhardt’s areas of practice include Real Estate Transactions and Litigation (Closings, Foreclosures, Construction Defects, Liens, Landlord/Tenant, Easements and Home Owner Association Disputes), Business Transactions and Litigation (Mergers and Acquisitions, Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Compete Agreements, Formation/Dissolution, Shareholder Agreements, UCC Transactions, and Contract Disputes), and Administration Law.

 
 

An Illinois native, Patrick Cremeens joined the Plante Law Group in November 2006.  He earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Arts degree from Eastern Kentucky University, located in Richmond, Kentucky.  Mr. Cremeens received his Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law, in Jacksonville, Florida, finishing in the top three percent of his graduating class.

While attending law school, Mr. Cremeens was honored to intern with the Florida Supreme Court.  Working for both the office of Justice Kenneth Bell and Central Staff, Mr. Cremeens advised the Court on matters pertaining to the Court’s jurisdiction, original proceedings, and performed extensive statutory and legislative history research for the Court. 

Mr. Cremeens has published a case note entitled Behind Closed Doors:  Alabama’s Take on the Right to Privacy in Wake of Lawrence v. Texas, 6 Fla. Coastal L. Rev. 233 (2004).  While in law school, Mr. Cremeens also served as the Articles Editor for the Florida Coastal Law Review, managed a Moot Court team to the quarterfinal round in the prestigious Ruby R. Vale Corporate Law competition, and gained valuable research experience as a Student Research Assistant, a position he held for over a year. 

Mr. Cremeens’ practice areas include Appellate Law, Constitutional Law, Construction Law, Real Estate Transactions and Litigation, and issues arising under the Landlord/Tenant Act.
