Tony Livingston has resided in the Tampa Bay Area since relocating from Indianapolis, Indiana in 1989. Prior to joining the Plante Law Group, P.L.C. in March, 2007, Mr. Livingston was employed in a supervisory role by a large, national title insurance company. Mr. Livingston received his Baccalaureate degree in Political Science from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, and received his Juris Doctor degree with Honors from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. While he was a student at Stetson Law, Mr. Livingston was invited to join the Honor’s Colloquium, was proud to serve as a Senior Associate on the Stetson Law Review, and graduated in the top 7 per cent of his graduating class. Since 2004, Mr. Livingston has also enjoyed being the Crew Chief and Lead Mechanic of the Limited Sprint Car racing team known as N.A.C. Racing, which currently competes at dirt-oval race tracks throughout Florida and Georgia.
Mr. Livingston’s practice areas are quite diverse and include, but are not limited to: Real Estate Transactions and Litigation, Business Transactions and Litigation, Employment Law Matters, Family Law Matters, Criminal Law Matters, and Construction Law Matters.
